In view of offering uninterrupted high quality service, Nectar Group has recently founded the Nectar Sales Academy, a college for young people who would like to start a career in sales. These people are trained to the Nectar philosophy and create a pool of new recruits that join the sales team when the need arises. Programs through its affiliation with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
