Our aim is to create an inclusive and collaborative environment that enables employees to further develop their talents and careers within the Group but also on a personal level. Coordinated by the Human Resources department, various activities are organised throughout the years with the aim to enhance teamwork and increase motivation amongst the people working at Nectar. Furthermore, Nectar together with its employees, promote Corporate Social Responsibility through regular activities such as fundraising.
