Promotion

We have also managed to build a very high reputation with our customers and whenever the company launches a new product the vast majority of retailers cooperates fully and is willing to test them. Our Marketing Department also provides support in promoting the products through point-of sales promotions and merchandising.

The pricing function is more important than ever. Price controlling agencies, such as governments and payers, are becoming even more stringent on companies to prove products’ value. While opting to distribute quality products we at Nectar Group believe in providing the customer a competitive price that reflects a consistent and sustainable back-up service.

The Company’s fundamental marketing strategy in its distribution operations, its core field of business, calls for selecting products with distinctive strengths for intensive marketing activities focused on specific target markets. Nectar Group's extensive portfolio of food, beverage and confectionery products is widely stocked in all leading supermarkets and in outlets ranging from confectioneries to grocers, greengrocers to health shops, pharmacies to hotels, restaurants and bars, cinemas to sports stadia, stationers to DVD rental outlets, canteens to kiosks and souvenir shops, seaside resorts and ferry boats as well as airport and seaport terminals.

 

About Nectar

In Greek mythology 'nectar' is considered as a beverage of the gods, which conferred immortality on any mortal lucky enough to partake of it. This inspired the name of the company when in 1991 Nectar Ltd was established as a partnership.
